Umrah Visa Checklist

  • Passport-sized photograph: Two recent passport-sized photographs with a white background are required.
  • Visa application form: A completed visa application form, which can be obtained from the authorized travel agent or tour operator.
  • Proof of travel arrangements: This may include airline tickets and hotel reservations. You must book a flight ticket weeks before applying for the visa.
  • Vaccination certificate: A certificate of vaccination against certain diseases, such as meningitis, is usually required.
  • Identity proof: A copy of the applicant’s national ID card or other government-issued identification may be required.
  • Authorization letter: If the applicant is not traveling with a mahram (a male relative), an authorization letter from the mahram is required.

Hajj Visa Checklist

  • Original passportmust be valid for six months from the date of travel and 4 blank pages for visa stamping
  • Most recent 2 copypassport size photographs with white background only
  • Original SMART Card/ NID Card
  • Health Requirements: Proof of OPV or IPV vaccination is required 6 weeks prior to the application for an entry visa
  • Copy of birth certificatefor children (6 years)
  • Copy of the marriage certificatefor couples
  • A woman traveling alone must be 45 years oldand must obtain a letter
  • of authorization (notarized) from her mahram
